As Product Lead at SumUp, Antoniya heads the Transfers domain – the team enabling millions of small merchants to move and manage their money seamlessly across Europe and Brazil. Since joining in 2017, she has been at the heart of the company’s evolution – from driving expansion into 16 new markets to leading global teams that deliver simple, reliable banking and payment experiences for over 4 million businesses.

Antoniya combines strategic vision with deep customer empathy, building products that solve real problems and fostering collaboration that turns ideas into lasting impact. Her leadership has helped shape SumUp’s product management culture, setting frameworks for discovery and delivery that guide how the company builds today.

With a PhD in International Relations, executive education from INSEAD, and experience across digital banking, payments, and enterprise technology, Antoniya brings both depth and breadth to product leadership. She is passionate about mentoring emerging product talent and creating the conditions for teams to do their best work.
