Elena Marinova is a business person, philanthropist, speaker and media contributor. She is a leader in strategies and projects dedicated to growth and high achievements in technology, business, education, science, innovation, diversity and inspiration of young talents. Repeatedly recognised as one of the most influential leaders in Bulgaria by Forbes Magazine – Bulgaria. Elean has 25y career in the IT sector as co-founder and President of Musala Soft, now part of the software services business of the 9B KKCG group. She has held board seats at corporate, IT industry and non-for profit organizations. Elena is actively engaged with the most talented students in STEM and natural sciences in Bulgaria and globally. She is a co-founder of the oldest private programming competition CodeIT.bg (2000), the European Junior Olympiad in Informatics eJOI (2017) and the International Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence IOAI (2024).
