Liina Vahtras is a Managing Director of Estonia’s eResidency programme – a globally acclaimed digital identity initiative enabling entrepreneurs worldwide to access the services of one of the most digitally advanced nations. She holds an MSc in eGovernance Technologies and Services from TalTech.

 

Liina’s professional journey spans both public and private sectors across strategic communication, egovernance, and tech startups. She has led growth strategy at Pipedrive and Tuum, directed marketing and communications at Nortal, and served as an advisor to two Estonian Prime Ministers: Andrus Ansip and Taavi Rõivas.

 

Liina is also a Management Board Member at Enterprise Estonia, where she shapes national strategies to attract international talent, and entrepreneurs, and helps ensure a consistent and attractive country brand.
