Thomas Walter is Chief Solutions Officer at Merkle, a leading customer experience consultancy, where he oversees the service and solutions portfolio with more than 4,000 employees across Europe. Over his 20-year career, he has held leadership roles in digital consulting, e-commerce, data science, and AI. He began his career in consulting and later built large Customer Experience Platform practices before moving into regional leadership roles at Merkle and dentsu. Beyond his executive role, he lectures in Digital Business and serves on the Advisory Council of the Harvard Business Review.
