Radoslav Koshkov is an accomplished business leader with extensive professional experience at Schneider Electric and deep expertise in managing international teams, driving business development, and building strategic partnerships.

In his current role, he is responsible for driving commercial excellence and developing partner channels within Schneider Electric’s Services business across Europe. His work focuses on optimizing commercial processes, strengthening the partner ecosystem, and implementing effective business practices that support the company’s sustainable growth.

Previously, he served as Vice President of Services Business for South East Europe, where he focused on developing service offerings and expanding the company’s market presence across the region. Prior to that, he spent four years as General Manager of Schneider Electric for Bulgaria, Albania, North Macedonia, and Kosovo, becoming the first Bulgarian national to lead the company’s operations across these four countries.

Throughout his professional career, he has completed numerous specialized training courses and international leadership development programs covering strategic management, building and developing high-performing teams, sales and distribution channel management, marketing innovation, and negotiation skills.
